Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM
Weekends & Holidays off
Paid Training
More than enough available production hours to earn desired income.
Qualifications
- Several years of auto body repair experience
- ICAR certified in welding and HVAC systems
- Ability to use a Car-O-Liner frame machine
- Able to follow and interpret written repair order instructions
- Must provide (2) professional references
Responsibilities
- Repair Vehicles to their pre-accident condition
- Disassembly of a vehicle and blueprint the additional damage identified
- Body repair- ranging from minor dent repair to welded panel replacements
- Reassemble the vehicle and verify all estimated repairs were completed
- Ensures Production level target are met or exceeded
- Continue ongoing training and education
- Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair
- Test-drive vehicles, test components and systems along with using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records
- Communicate directly with the Estimators so customers are well-informed of any additional services needed
- Manage and maintain work environment safety and ensure adherence to regulations.
